The robotic blast cycle is controlled via a touch screen and is therefore fully automated.

Many different programs can be stored in the memory of an industrial robot, which enables it to cover the full scope of the production process. When blasting other pieces which have not been preprogrammed, it is also possible to remove the nozzle from the clamping head and blast the product manually.

The robot is in a special protective suit that prevents any unwanted damage by the aggressive abrasive material. The surface blasted wiith the FANUC robotic system is high quality and uniform thanks to precision guidance, resulting in considerably higher efficiency of the production process.
