Personal data protection
We treat personal data in accordance with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic and relevant regulations of the European Union directly applicable, in particular Act No. 101/2000 Sb., on the protection of personal data, as amended, and Act No. 480/2004 Sb., and in accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Regulation on the protection of personal data on certain information society services and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended. Below we will show you how and for what purpose do we process your personal data and who can be its processors. Who is the data controller managing your data?
You give your consent to ARC-Robotics s.r.o., company ID: 291 23 372, with registered office at Commercial 1279/1, 301 00 Pilsen, registered in the Public Register kept by the District Court in Pilsen, Section C, Insert 26825, to process as a data controller, in accordance with the Czech personal data protection act and GDPR Regulation, personal data pursuant to the conditions below.

- The fulfilment of legal obligations that we are subject to based on generally binding legal regulations.

Why do we manage the personal data, and for how long do we do so?
The data may be used for business and marketing purposes, i.e. to maintain a user database on the website and to offer goods and services, for the duration of the legal reason for this processing and the use of personal and other data. In other words, we collect your personal information so that you can use our services and to inform you of the news. All personal data provided for the purposes stated above is provided entirely on a voluntary basis, and is processed on the grounds of on the consent expressed through active interaction with (i.e. clicking) on the box indicating the consent for the processing or on the grounds of legitimate interest. How is my data protected?
We make every effort to protect all personal data we process, against their leak or theft. For this reason, we restrict its handling, copying, transferring or access to it only for the essential purposes for which you have given us consent or where the purpose is defined by law. In addition, our website runs using HTTPS protocol (with a valid SSL certificate) for encrypted web-user connections, which minimizes the possibility of personal data theft during data transfer (registration, logging in, submission of the form, etc.) The website is located on secure servers provided by Fortion Networks, s.r.o. Company ID: 26397994, registered office at Božkovská 307/9, Plzeň, 326 00, registered at the Regional Court in Pilsen under file number C 17708.
Who has access to personal data?
The processing of personal data is carried out by the data controller within the scope of the Czech Act on protection of personal data, but personal data can also be processed by the following processors on behalf of the original data processor:
- Software provider: ANT studio s.r.o., Company ID: 29113229, with its registered office at Slovanská alej 2182/30, 326 00 Plzeň, registered at the relevant Court in Pilsen keeping the Commercial Register, Section C, File 25698.
Alternatively, we may authorize other processors of personal data or persons (for example, carriers or other person involved in the performance of our contract and our obligations), but only to the extent necessary to fulfil the contract. We do not pass on any personal data to any other person. Personal as well as other acquired data is fully secured against misuse. Personal data will be processed electronically in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
What are my rights in relation to the protection of personal data?

- Request access to the data to update or correct it.
- Require that we delete said personal data.
- Request transfer of data.
- The right to be, in certain cases, informed about personal data breach.
You may at any time file a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data or the failure of the controller to discharge their obligations arising from GDPR to the relevant supervisory authority.
