The ARC - Robotics website (hereinafter referred to as the Site) is run by ARC - Robotics s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator"), who complies with the Act. No 121/2000 Sb., the Copyright Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Copyright Act”) and is therefore entitled to exercise property rights to this website. It is forbidden to copy any part of the content, layout or source or programming code of the Site without the prior consent of its Operator.

The Operator hereby issues the terms and conditions for the use of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). These Terms apply to all persons who intend to use the Site.

It is forbidden in any way to interfere without the Operator's consent with the technical basis or content of the Site. Only the Operator has the right to decide to change, remove or supplement any part of the Site.

Some of the information published on the Site is taken over by the Operator from other sources that they believe to be trustworthy. Nevertheless, the Operator is not responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of all published information.

All information posted on this Site is solely for informative purposes.

These Terms may only be amended or supplemented by the Operator. Legal relationships that arose between the Operator and the user of these sites prior to the amendment or cancellation of the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the wording effective at the date of the establishment of such relationships.
